Client overview
Going up against the giant
Knotel delivers best-in-class flexible workspaces and services for companies and owners in Europe and North America.
Competing with industry giant WeWork (at the time, at least) was a major undertaking for anyone. Knotel came to us to polish the image of their shared-office product, and to introduce the market to their newly launched direct real estate play.
Digital wayfinding
QRs before Covid
Knotel needed a quick and easy way for potential lessees to learn about their office spaces. We built a website solution where agents could spin up a simple page with images and details for any available space they wanted to market.
The CMS automatically generated a QR code for signage, plus a short URL (kno.tel/xxx) that could be shared in a text or on social.
Portable workspace information, before QR codes were everywhere.
Outcomes
What changed.
- Physical-to-digital layer

The move
Campaign materials, banners, and digital wayfinding that connected the physical site to live information.
